Unfortunately, this is not possible however please contact us if you would like advice regarding this.

Can I combine multiple purchases on one order?

Yes, this is OK. Please ensure they have all been selected prior to the point of purchase.

Can I apply numerous promotional discounts on one order?

No only one promotion or discount code can be applied to one order. 

Do I have to create an account to make a purchase?

No, you can purchase via a guest account. 

How do I remove items from my shopping basket?

Select your basket and click the remove button to remove items you do not want to purchase. 

Can you help me to source original art?

Yes, Oneoffto25 can help you source original art for your home or business. Please contact us to discuss your requirements in more detail. 

Can I reserve a piece of artwork that I like on the site?

In some instances, this is possible please contact us  for more details regarding this. However, in the first instance a deposit will be required to secure an item for 2 weeks.

I am an artist can I submit my art for consideration to be sold on your website?

Yes, please contact us for consideration and let us know your social media handle or website so that we can have look at your work. You will receive a written email response within 5 working days. 

I am experiencing problems trying to process my order by Credit Card or PayPal, who do I contact about this?

Please contact your payment provider about this issue as soon as possible.

My confirmation email regarding my order has not been received what do I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible. 

How long will it take for my artwork to arrive?

Please refer to your order confirmation email which will detail this information. 

How do I track my order when it is in transit?

When your order has been processed you will be emailed a tracking reference number please keep this for your records and use it as a reference guide. 

Will my artwork and or photography always be signed by the artist?

Yes, it will be unless the artwork is vintage and or originally produced by an artist who has not signed their work. 

Will my artwork or photography be ready to be hung and displayed straightaway?

All art and photography will be described within the product information and will clearly state if the item is framed and ready to hang or unframed for you to arrange this yourself.

How do I view my order and status history?

How do I return an order when it has been received if I change my mind?

Please refer to the refund procedure detailed within the terms and conditions. 

Who pays for returned items?

It is your responsibility to pay for returned items unless the item is faulty upon receipt. Please refer to the refund and returns procedures for detailed information regarding this. 

How do I report fraud or harassment on the site?

Can I cancel an order before it has been shipped?

Yes, you can however it must be done as soon as possible. Please contact us as soon as possible to prevent costs being incurred as limited-edition prints are produced in relation to processed orders.
