Payment
All prices and stock availability information are subject to change without notice. All prices are inclusive of UK VAT which shall be charged at the prevailing rate and any adjustments to this will be made in accordance with legislative requirements.
Oneoffto25 reserves the right to refuse to process a transaction or cancel without liability at our discretion and without explanation if we feel there is just reason for doing so. However, an order will be also cancelled if an item is mispriced, out of stock, been discontinued or unavailable and if any of these apply you will not be charged and we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
Oneoffto25 only accepts the following payment methods for products and delivery i.e. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Diners Club International and Discover Card. By using the aforementioned payment methods, you are confirming the card belongs to you.
All sales transactions will be processed on a secure server please do not try to purchase goods with any other means beyond those stated as they will not be accepted. The card issuer will perform validation and authorisation checks and if for any reason the transaction is refused Oneoffto25 is not liable for issues related to this.
On occasions promotional codes will be made available for use on the Oneoffto25 website to be applied on the payment page during checkout. They cannot be used in conjunction with other discount offers, are limited for a period of time and limited to one transaction per customer. Please note that all existing customer terms and conditions still apply.
Delivery and packaging
All purchased items will be dispatched as soon as payment has cleared, and a postage address has been verified by email and until then will remain the property of Oneoffto25.
When your order has been processed we will email you to verify the sale and to provide you with an approximate delivery date. Please review the email confirmation and check the details listed are correct and contact us regarding any discrepancies that need to be amended as soon as possible before your order is dispatched.
All delivery times quoted are in working days all items will be dispatched by either Royal Mail or Parcel Force and will require a signature on delivery to the postal address as provided. Delivery charges will be charged according to the destination, weight and size of the package.
Customers will be emailed the same day as their package has been dispatched and please use the tracking number provided to track the delivery of your order. Your package will be insured for compensation ref. loss or damage consummate to the value of the purchase.
Oneoffto25's website is available 24 hours a day seven days a week however the trading hours are between the times as detailed below:
Monday - Friday 09.00am - 5.00pm
Saturday 09.00am - 12.00pm
Week day orders placed before 3.00pm will be shipped the same day (if the product is in stock).
Week day orders placed after 3.00pm will be shipped the next day (if the product is in stock).
Orders placed on Saturday will be shipped on Monday (if the item is in stock).
Please allow between 3 - 5 working day for in stock items to arrive and between 5 - 10 working days for non-stock items to arrive.
Oneoffto25 does not does not offer shipping for framed, glazed artworks.
Oneoffto25 offers international shipping and the individual country rates are calculated on the payment page at the point of purchase.
Please contact us immediately if upon receipt your delivery is damaged by providing a photograph including your order details. We will arrange for the damaged item to be collected by our nominated carrier and arrange delivery of a replacement item as soon as possible.
Returns and refunds
Please enjoy your purchase and in the unlikely event that goods are damaged, or you are not completely satisfied please contact us within 24 hours of receipt if you wish to exchange or return your order. These terms will not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it i.e. in its original packaging. If it is being returned it must be carefully repackaged and delivered via a traceable postal system and returned within 7 days of receipt.
A full refund of the postage price will be granted including the postage costs as per the payment method you used if the goods are faulty. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that Oneoffto25 will not pay for the delivery and packaging of returned goods where you have changed your mind regarding your purchase. This is your responsibility unless the item is faulty, and collection has been officially pre-approved beforehand and the postal carrier’s details have been supplied to you.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within two working days.
When it has been authorised please return your product, to: OneOffto25, PO Box 1545, Surrey, GU18 5QG.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Refunds will be processed in GBP sterling.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
